Mapping Lab

A practice floor for business analytics aimed at process efficiency mapping.

Try the lenses we use in cohort before you commit to six weeks of live critique.

Inside the lab

Three stations, one messy process

Bring a workflow you already touch. The Lab walks you through sketch, measure, and brief — lightly facilitated, deliberately unfinished.

  1. A

    Sketch station

Draw the spine and the shadow path. We stop you from “cleaning” the diagram before the dirt is visible.

  2. B

    Measure station

Attach a small set of efficiency signals: waits, rework, and batch effects that match the sketch.

  3. C

    Brief station

Say the constraint in two minutes. Peers mark where the story leaps past the evidence.

Why it exists

Because efficiency maps fail quietly

Teams often publish a tidy swimlane, then wonder why delivery still stalls. The Mapping Lab treats that gap as the curriculum: analytics without a map is noise; a map without analytics is theatre.
