Refund policy

Last updated: 15 August 2026. This policy applies to paid educational programmes arranged with System Process Base. Payments are not taken on this website; refunds relate to invoices settled offline.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel a cohort seat before the stated cancellation deadline in your enrolment confirmation, or if we cancel a programme and cannot offer a suitable alternative date.

Timeframe to request

For self-initiated cancellations, notify us at least 14 days before the first live session (or before access credentials are issued for self-paced packages, whichever is earlier). Requests after that window are assessed for partial credit only.

Full refunds

A full refund of tuition paid is available when you cancel within the timeframe above, or when we cancel without offering an alternative you accept. Processing fees charged by payment providers, if any were passed through on your invoice, may be deducted if they are non-recoverable.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the programme starts but before the midpoint, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of tuition, less the value of materials already unlocked. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable, though we may offer transfer to a later cohort at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software licences, travel, printed kits already shipped, and custom Atlas Desk discovery work already delivered are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@systemprocessbase.click with your full name, programme name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within three working days and outline next steps.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Bank timelines may add a few days beyond our transfer.

Cancellations by us

If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a future date. We will not charge transfer fees in that case.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected where they apply. Serious facilitator absence without replacement, or documented technical failure that prevents access to paid materials for more than seven consecutive days, may qualify for additional remedies including refund or extension.
